In my early twenties, when i was working a 9-5 job , it took me time to adjust to the fast pacing environment, i was someone who would spends hours in a park doing nothing but looking at puppies and trees, but, my reality pushed me to be someone i have never been.

So, i accepted it , i have started working in a fast paced , competitive world , i wanted to be a boss lady or lady boss…whatever it is.  But, it backfired, when after couple years of working in corporate , i have been diagnosed with an auto immune disease, i was merely 22 at that time, doctors said it would be a life long disease, i could not accept it . Hence, i have started to look into it, learn about my disease, find cure through herbs and ayurveda, along the process i go to know, our mental health plays major role in our physical health, i have started doing everything i have stopped , i have started multiple hobbies, learning about myself.

As i have started focusing on my mental health, i had to face myself , change my mentality, work on my body image, accept myself, procrastination, and what not.

So, i wanted to create this blog, for many people out there like me , uncertain about future and not fitting in the present. I will share my journey of how i became a little better person, started loving myself a little more, and i hope to help you love yourself a little more, my dear friend. 

Through this blog, i wish to be nothing but a friend you can come to when you are feeling low, might not be a wise friend who has solution to every problem of yours, but, a kind friend who stays with you the entire time and finds the solution together 🙂 .
